    Pros

Great workers and lower level team atmosphere. Love working and leading my department.

    Cons

Upper management didn't seem to get what was going on and what we needed. No matter how much people banned together to do so.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the workers. Stay and work the extra mile with them to get things fixed. Don't just say we got this far without fixing it.
