    Pros

The only Pros with this company is you get a paycheck

    Cons

Benefits are misleading, management don't care about their employees/pay check and the calls are all angry customers whom hate the service. Now that the company is Spectrum its really horrible. This company will not pay you on the count of benefits and misleading communication. Stay away from this company, their going downhill. If I could give them a zero I would.

    Advice to Management

Be more of an asset and not a liability, learn to care and fight more for your employee

I worked at Bright House Networks full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits. Medical, dental, free cable, free HBO. Training and trainer was excellent!

The free cable requires a tech coming to switch out equipment. And at the end of your last month after quitting. You loose everything and need to re-sign up as a brand new account.

    Cons

Very shady. They refuse to discuss how much extra pay any promotion would be. Refused to even give a range. Asked senior management and was reprimanded for even bringing up salary. This behavior breeds extreme pay in-equality in a company. Beware. My new hire class weren't even all paid the same.

Kept saying how they would help and all you need to do was talk to them. I needed help with my schedule. I talked to them and got zero help. They may say it. But that doesn't mean it actually happens. It doesn't.

Also the punishment is the same if you're 4hrs late or 1 minute late. So if you're going to arrive late. Don't rush. You will be in the same amount of trouble. They don't believe any excuse that isn't official legal or medical paperwork.

    Advice to Management

Be open about pay ranges. If people know their goal they can reach it. If it's a vague or unknown goal, there's nothing to attain. And it makes the company look unorganized and shady. Only people doing something wrong hide salary. That's why the government requires all public school to list everyone's wages publicly. To help prevent shady practices.
