Pros
(1) Free Food on Birthday's. (2) Can bring your dogs in if you have them.
Cons
(1) Some of the employees can be cliquish and biased if you don't agree with their political views. (2) The work expectations are that you work over 40 hours a week with no respect of work/life balance (3) They are not very loyal to their employees unless you are part of their "club". (4) They discriminate and treat some dedicated employees unfairly. (5) There is no mobility or career opportunities.
