    Stay in touch with clients to keep abreast of what is happening in the market

    try and make a difference
    approach everything they do from a higher goal - improve wellbeing
    still pragmatic enough to keep a balance with what is practical

    They have been around for over 100 years, sometimes it is difficult to change things that need to be updated and changed

    Stay connected to the people on the ground where the real work gets done - no matter how many systems you put in place - remember who has to work with them - they often have the best ideas, if you are listening
