I have been working at Brillio full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Many of us have worked with larger organizations in the past and its hard not to notice the degree of empowerment that this company provides to every associate, esp. when it comes to taking the right call to improve customer experience. Very less bureaucracy and hierarchy and thats been very refreshing!

    Cons

Nothing in specific based on my observation for the past 16 months

    Advice to Management

The company needs to do a better job of driving this culture across the org. as many associates in the chain still have a mindset of working for a larger company, which is not the case.
