long hours. leadership lacking in many basic skills, no room for growth, very poor female leadership, management badmouths employees, culturally insensitive and protects bad managers, lack of diversity, HR not responsive or effective, surface level concern with changing company culture, obsession with power, lack of technological skills among management, shady business practices, bad for lower level employees.
