    I worked at Brink's Canada

    Pros

Part time work. Some good people.

    Cons

Long hours - 13 hour shifts Management Bullies and intimidates employees Vehicles very unsafe - 2 trucks have over 1 million kms. Poor training No support from management low morale Low pay for high risk job No room for advancement

    Advice to Management

Complete overhaul of management team is needed, Bullying and intimidating employees is not the way to get results. Reward hard working employees, dont punish them by adding more work.

I have been working at Brink's Canada part-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

flexible schedule most co-worker are nice

    Cons

you can be booked for a 4 hour shift or a 13 hour shift, but the 13 hour shifts are only given to part-timers because Brink's loves to save money by taking advantage of part-timers. The union approved 13 shift straight pay.. and part-timers pay union dues but receive no benefits for paying them.

    Advice to Management

Care a little bit more about your employees moral then saving a couple bucks by taking advantage of people. but business is business - right?
