I have been working at Brinker full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have loved my time here at Brinker! It has by far been the best organization to work for and I have been able to grow with the company. They focus on people first, culture and accountability, your wellbeing and that of our guests and communities, and flexibility with work/life balance. I genuinely enjoy coming into work everyday and the people I work with.

    Cons

Not really a con. We are lean and mighty. Get ready to work hard, but you also get to play hard.

    Pros

chilis was a great place to work at for the amount of tips you recieve for the work complete. great summer time money while in school. not much responsibility.

    Cons

the main con is that during the school year business tends to slow down quiet a bit. my recommendation is be great at your job and you will get closing shifts which in turn means more money.

    Advice to Management

my advice to managers is give credit to your best employees. Also be consistent in your management direction, employees follow by example.

I worked at Brinker full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Really sorry I left this great company. I think you will find that you will be rewarded with wonderful benefits and fair pay. They will provide you with an excellent training program,

    Cons

Promotions from within were a little slow forthcoming and the the only reason I left was offered another position of interest with another company first.

I have been working at Brinker full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Brinker has a long history in the full service restaurant industry. When company takes care the people that takes care of the guests. Has a great winning culture.

    Cons

The restuarant industry is not easy. It takes hard work, long hours and sometimes feels thankless. I feel that sometimes leaders lose that in the pursuit of success.

    Advice to Management

Work hard and be proud do what you do!

    Cons

If I ever leave Brinker I will experience severe culture shock.

They care about your well-being both personally and professionally and believe in work/life balance.

    Cons

Do not feel there are any challenges to working in this growing, thriving, and forward thinking environment.
