    Culture, compensation perks, and people. Very organized systems and processes. Work life balance. Fun events throughout the year to engage team members and community.

    Cons

    Poor in developing and retaining key talent. Sometimes slow to make and implement decisions due to size of company footprint.

    Systems in place to keep you on track. We have a strong culture. Pay is good and bonus is great.

    Cons

    Struggling a bit to keep up with changes and stat current. Bonus is sales driven and at times very hard to achieve.
