The company started its reform since 2005. the continuing improvements and innovations have transformed the company from a traditional pharmaceutical to a bio-pharmaceutical company. However, because of these changes are no-stopping, it has generated many uncertainties to career opportunities of the company.
Advice to Management
Improvements and innovations need a rhythm. Many things exist for a reason. The company should make sure histories and knowledge get carried on when making changes, and new processes are in place before breaking old ones.
