    Pros

They look after staff welfare well. Good company to work for to get experience. Great development opportunities

    Cons

Need to have more opportunities for staff to manage people as that is lacking at the moment

    Advice to Management

Don't just do what the US global teams dictate... UK market is different!

I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Innovative products, ethical and patient orientated, UK head office is a lovely space to work in, people are generally friendly and good to work with.

    Cons

Processes still need further simplification. Whilst there are promotion and career opportunities to be had, BMS could do more to support the individuals development. They are striving to get better at this.

    Pros

Good company pipeline. Expert at immunotherapy

    Cons

it may be hard as a newcomer to adjust. Computer set up etc takes a long time. Once you've had a few years under your belt you will become more accepted.
