I have been working at Bristol-Myers Squibb full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

BMS cares about its employees which is evidence of their People and Business Resources Groups and Diversity and Inclusion Program. The mission is focused on patients. There are many development opportunities at BMS.

    Cons

None or I would have considered employment elsewhere.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb for more than a year

    Pros

Good place for starters to acquaint basic pharma fundamentals

    Cons

A Revolving door. High turnover. No room for growth. Having serious structuring issues and very vague on defining each role's responsibilities. Each hub and each function (i.e. monitoring, site management etc....) operates on their own standard. Management displays aging knowledge gaps to actual operation teams, lack of respect to contractors and can be overshadowing study teams at times.
