It is a privilege to work with the scientists that brought transformational medicines to cancer patients. Our team is very talented and energetic with a culture of collaboration and career development. We work together for a single purpose, to make cures for cancer patients a reality.

    BMS team is stingy on the title, many attrition because of title and unfair promotion of some much less qualified employees because they are the chosen ones

    In general, BMS has a supportive environment for progression of good science and career growth. Benefits are strong and opportunity for movement between roles exists.

    Cons

    Current atmosphere in some groups is repressive and fearful. This is to be expected with the many cut-backs and layoffs experienced over recent years. Unfortunately, it also represses true innovation and promotes self-protection.
