    Top leadership is very good
    Improved employee benefits including Maternity leave- 6 months, work from home - 4 days a month etc.

    The best advantage of working for britannia are the Good benefits in terms of vacation, sick days and flex days

    The disdvantages of working for Britannia are the lack of Growth opportunities, employee self development options and training opporunities

    good work on setting up excellent benefits. Also try to focus on career and growth opportunities for your employees

    I started my career with Britannia 9 years ago as a fresher.
    1.) It's the best place to learn core FMCG
    2.)Gives lots of responsibility.
    3.)Great Brand.

    Cons

    1.)No Recognition.
    2.) No growth Plan.
    3.) Extremely Bureaucratic .
    4.) Less than market compensations.

    Advice to Management

    They need to recognise people who work and who do not work. Promotions are ad hoc. Hikes are also. Need to bring stability, and need to follow Britannia for Britannians.

    Very toxic work environment. Seniors want to always put their juniors down.

    Gives a lot of independence to people. Also lots of responsibilities once you show the zeal to work for it.
