    staff is cordial and understanding. Excellent work life balance good working environment Professional Growth in the company is easy and fair. Motivating staff

    Salary structure should be changed. Not technically advanced when it comes to using various automation tools. This leads to mismanagement of tasks.

    The salaries must be revised and should be up to the market standards.

    Its working environment is extremely friendly and diverse- senior management treats you as equal and everyone is very supportive.

    There is lack of management control and communication. Often you need to remind managers about issues that need to be prioritised.

    Opportunity for lots of foreign Trips, laid back, global work environment. Good corporate culture, number of holidays are greater than your usual corporate companies.

    Cons

    No depth in hierarchy, growth low unless you are in managerial position. Yearly pay increase is minimal for junior positions.
