The company recruit people and will pay only the first month salary on time and then they will just start releasing the salaries in instalments for the next few month. Then slowly they will stop giving the salaries and once it is piled up and the management feels that they just cannot retain the employee, the management will ask the employees to quit and they will give a letter that the pending salaries would be released withing 6 months from the date of relieving.... But if the ex-employees trying to connect with the company thro' email the company will block their email id and they just have to forget about the pending salaries.....
In 2017 alone about 12 employees were cheated like this and am one among them....
