    Pros

    Great Management and Human Resources relations. I love working from home. Have met really great people from all over. The application and interviewing process was comfortable, the equipment was easy to set up. The website is very informative and helpful. All in all, my experience with Broad Path has been positive and rewarding and I intend to be with them for a long time..

    Cons

    To be honest, I can't really say there are any cons for me personally, and my co-workers say the same.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work. Continue to have an open line of communication with your teams. We really appreciate it.

    You can beat working from home,,I cant drive at the moment so it is a Godsen

    Cons

    The QA although I realize it is per our Employers is sometimes redundant and make more members agitated than understanding,
    The sups in our chats seem to favor some of us and not others, I try to find my answer first but when I do I seem shunned and ridiculed. others ask the easiest questions and get 4 responses. asked to move to flex time due to the hurricane and I lost time and lived in on room of my house and got no response back on it, I remain working even thought I was working with black mold

    I have been working at BroadPath Healthcare Solutions (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some of the good things about working for BP is, I get to work from home. My schedule is perfect for my life outside of work. My manager is always there for urgent situations when I need him. Regarding my manager and experience here I must say it has been good. :)

    Cons

    The only downside to working for BP is the client at times. The client that I am working for at times can be very tough. Communication ETC. But my manager, whenever I need him to step in; he is there! Another con is unfortunately the benefits take a little time to kick in. I have been working for 13 months on the 9th and based on guidelines I am still not eligible for benefits (insurance) until November. I am hoping that when I am finally eligible the insurance isn't too costly. Also, I am hoping if I ever get on a new assignment my pay isn't too impacted.

    good steady job, weekly pay no out of pocket cost for drug test or equipment...The provide everything for you.

    Cons

    Need better organization, with computer set up. Dont have so many people that will overcrowd your system. Better and more knowledgeable trainers

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the webcam, its a invasion of privacy.

    It's ridiculous a camera is installed in your home. I've spoken with several employees almost everyone hates it. That's the only thing I couldn't deal with !

    Cameras are an invasion of privacy!

    I can't give the pros, because my start date hasn't arrived as of yet. Hopefully, all will go well with this position.

    Cons

    Web cam has to be in while working. They send someone to your home to check out your home office.

    Advice to Management

    Equip interviewers with more information so that they can answer questions of potential employees. Make sure that interviewers quote the correct starting salary.

    Very flexible- can work at home. Amazing career opportunities and advancement

    Cons

    Medical insurance is very expensive

    Advice to Management

    Corporate jobs - too many systems. Need to consolidate everything into 1 system so employees have one point of contact instead of having to go into several systems to access their information.

    Remote contracts
    Strong supervisor support
    Great coworkers

    Cons

    No time off allowed unless client allows
    Training is lacking
    Most issues are with the client rather than BroadPath. They do what they can.
    Once you do one type of contract, you can forget about moving to a different type.

    Keep fighting for us! Keep the supportive supervisors on.
