    the managers are rude people and self deter centered and will step on you ar cut you or lie on you for the sake of company interest! They do not even care to explain their actions that effect you It is a unstable place to work beware.

    you all need to be fired and new more thoughtful and less back stabling careless humans brought in. period

      No benefits or paid time off, management is constantly changing, training could be better

      Advice to Management

      Have different agents take different types of calls , the work load is too heavy for one department and expect to meet compliance

      Most weekends are scheduled off

      Cons

      Seasonal Employment NO work/life balance. No advancement. No PTO, No Sick pay, No Holiday Pay. Month long Black out dates around holidays and peak periods for days off. For the small limited amount of QA and Supervisors that work all year to keep their current jobs, they have to eliminate any threat to themselves. Huge turnover. Supervisors start in September.       Hire Experienced Supervisors- Promote honesty and integrity. Stop unethical treatment of employees-treat individuals as they are human.

      Work from home, competitive salary

      Cons

      No benefits, no sick time, no holiday pay. The project I was on was more interested in a warm body on the phone than QA scores, mine was 98%, but because I had some illnesses I was fired for absences after working with them for 2 1/2 years

      Hang on to your loyal employees. Get to know who they are and have some human kindness. We are not machines.

      The company itself has a good platform in being able to work from home, but the issues I had were with the staff. I felt that the supervisors and helpers in the chat room were unprofessional. As it got closer to the contract ending, I had a conversation with my supervisor who admitted she hated the company and hoped they fired her so she could go ahead and collect unemployment.       Care about your call center reps...we do all the work and know the job the best. Don't talk to your reps in condescending tones and hire managers who actually know the job. -Be honest about the Bhive camera system (this isn't a tool to interact with your team--its really a surveillance camera) -Stop micromanaging adults -Be fair across the board -Be more involved in what is being done on the teams because my sup...

      Pay is ok. Members were nice.

      Training was useless. The insurance company that we took calls for was a joke. When you are compassionate and help the members it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is metrics and documentation. Never mind the fact that the systems are always down and the phone constantly hangs up during mid call. For me and I'm sure others wasn't able to be coached during nesting bc of, again, system issues. When I was finally...

      Come back to humanity and to know that all you ask for and what little you give, makes the job IMPOSSIBLE. And remember instead of metrics we are supposed to be helping the members not stealing from them.
