    Pros

    Opportunities to develop state-of-the -art technology. Compensation is very good, specially with stock grants.

    Cons

    Company tends to layoff frequently and keep barely enough people to staff projects. That puts a lot of pressure on current employees and gives no job security

    Pros

    Good place to learn. Startup like work culture. Gym, cafeteria (subsidized), cash bonus, RSUs. Smart and experienced co-workers. Work life balance

    Short sighted management, Lack of new projects, Management don't take any risks resulting in narrower engineering development, too many people

    Let engineering and be the driver.

    A good company to work for. Treat employees right. A friendly and motivational place to work. Technology leader.

    Cons

    Organization grows too fast, a little chaotic in terms of organization. Some of the new managers are inexperienced.

    Pros

    My manager was awesome! Loved all the people I worked with. Employees were experts in their field and made for an awesome place to work.

    Cons

    Upper management was out of touch or unconcerned with employee happiness or morale. Not much opportunity for promotion or upward movement.

    Employ more females
