I worked at Broadridge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Broadridge had relatively good benefits, 401k and reasonable potential career opportunities.

    Cons

To get anything done with Broadridge you really need to jump through a bunch of hoops. Wether it was to find the right person to answer your questions or to get approval to work on a specific project or account. Everything was a process.

No matter how hard you worked the bonus plan was the same across the board. Meaning a hard worker would get the same % bonus as someone that put in mediocre work.

Management did not understand the meaning of Work/Life Balance.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, staff appropriately and reward your employees for hard their hard work.
