    I worked at Broadridge full-time

    Pros

Relatively flexible and casual work environment, approachable management, and incredibly nice coworkers.

    Cons

Layoffs and job eliminations without transparency. As part of "Broadridge 3.0" there are significant layoffs affecting the Marlboro, Needham, and Andover offices. Rumors rampant about which office(s) will close etc.

Very shocked by some of those who have lost their jobs, truly great employees.

Everyone is scared whenever the HR Lady comes to the office because it means someone else is being let go. Why can't the layoffs be done all in one swoop?

    Advice to Management

I realize laying off your staff is not easy, but being a bit more transparent with what is going on would be helpful
