    Pros

Friendly and helpful staff, very eager to assist students and provide advice that is helpful and essential. Very good experience.

    Cons

Nothing negative to recount. Would have liked to have a second chance to visit the facility in Brentwood, due to the success of the first visit.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for the mentorship program.

I have been working at Broadridge full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Broadridge is the first employer I've had in thirty years who believes in bringing your whole self to work. Management consistently works on employee engagement, seeks employee feedback, and offers myriad ways for employees to develop, at work and in the community. I have had conversations with every single person in my chain of command all the way to the CEO. Real people, smart people making thoughtful decisions to grow the company and create a vibrant employee dynamic.

    Cons

We're always busy! The company is committed to the future, which requires embracing change at sometimes a furious pace. We have to work hard at keeping that work-life balance to avoid burnout. Good news is that management is committed to keeping us happy and healthy, with real $$$ on the table for adopting healthy habits.

    Advice to Management

Keep us engaged! Continue to walk the talk with our values and our business practices. And we'll continue to give you our best.

    Pros

From my experience, Broadridge is a place that allows and encourages you to become an expert in whatever endeavor you are hired to perform. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow. I highly recommend it.

    Cons

There are times I have to learn about developments through process of osmosis.

    Advice to Management

More communication about road maps and what's on the horizon.

I have been working at Broadridge full-time

    Pros

My manager and colleagues make me feel like my work really matters. Once given a task, I'm free to complete it in the way that makes the most sense to me. Within 6 weeks my manager was already asking me about what I wanted to do next at Broadridge. This company cares about its associates and it shows.

    Cons

In many ways, the company still operates like a small business. It's lacking some basic internal infrastructure that you'd expect after 10 years as an independent company with 10000+ associates all over the world. Broadridge takes really, really great care of its clients' technology needs, but sometimes at the expense of its associates' needs. They're working on it, but change comes slowly.

    Advice to Management

Consider how you can give your associates the tools and resources necessary to be more productive at work--such as a better associate intranet, mobile-ready resources, etc. It'll be a big investment up front, but it'll pay dividends in the long-run.
