I have been working at Broadspire full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everything you can think of is a pro when it comes to broadspire. Management really does have an open door policy. You never have to worry about not having support from your team. Hard work is recognized, and there is always room for growth. I have never written a review for any company I've worked for rather ok or no so great. But, I feel honored to be able to share my views about this magnificent company. I can't speak for everyone but I love working at broadspire and being part of the team at the sunrise office

    Cons

Insurance would be the only con... but that's a con with most/all companies. So, I really don't count that

    Advice to Management

    thank you

I worked at Broadspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefit package, salary acceptable, central location, work from home opportunities with computer and phone equipment provided are all pros for this employer.

    Cons

The case load per adjuster is too high, there are too many requirements and expectations for the number of claims on a desk in order to provide quality service.

I have been working at Broadspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I made major life changes to join Broadspire, and am so glad that I did. Open door policy here means just that, regardless of title. Integrity and transparency are held in the highest regard here, which to me is a huge pro. We maintain a family-like work culture despite our growth, and reporting relationships fall by the wayside when all hands on deck are needed for our customers. Upward mobility is supported and encouraged, and I feel supported by my leadership team as well as by my staff. What else can you ask for?

    Cons

I would like to see more options for health insurance.

    Advice to Management

    Thank you!

I worked at Broadspire full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of my co-workers were nice to work with.

    Cons

I worked with a specific woman there, who didn't like me no matter how hard I tried to do my work better, she threw me under the bus and eventually one day one I came to work, I was walked to the front door and told that things are not working out. I was given no reason as to why they terminated. At Broadspire, if management or people with influence doesn't like you you will never succeed there and they will eventually get rid of you. There is no organization, one day you are in one dept. the next day they move you without explaining why can you stay where yo were. Managers have no idea how to handle the work load and they have no one on one's. They never give you any written feedback and they make it look like everything is great, only to back-stab you.

    Advice to Management

Grow up, bullying people should have been left in high school.

    Advice to Management

Data and reporting is necessary, but there are times when deeper dives are required to get the full picture.

    Pros

One of the best decisions i ever made.Everything is good about this company am so glad i joined this company. I look forward to work another 20+ years in this company its that good. Great career opportunities.

    Cons

To be honest there is no cons for this company. If i have to name one that would be Claims System (Risktech) and the insurance thats a bit expensive.

    Advice to Management

Change the Risk Tech. Adjusters would be super efficient.
