I have been working at Broadspire full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    -My co workers are supportive
-Flexibility allows for work life balance
-Environment is exciting to be a part of
    -OneCrawford fosters interaction between departments

    Cons

Training is a challenge, but resources are available. It is incumbent upon the employee to seek out what is needed. Basic processes are explained.

    Advice to Management

Visibility of upper management is a great perk of being in Atlanta. Do other offices get the same benefit?

I worked at Broadspire full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    no pros to speak of

    Cons

Discrimination and harassment by management and those favored by managers towards employees.Employees have been reporting harassment to HR for years, but HR does not investigate or take any action when employees report harassment and discrimination and the managers and supervisors just laugh about it. The average employee has no chance to be promoted, they promote family members and those who date their family and it doesn't matter that they don't know anything. The managers and supervisors are not educated and do not have people skills. The dress code applies to employees only, the supervisors come to work half naked. Upper management is not interested in what is going on at this location, neither is HR. There is no training, the supervisors don't know anything. Don't come anywhere near teleplus, they will treat you like a dirt and all you will leave as soon as you can with a mental breakdown. I do not approve of the ceo...she allows these people to do what they want and does not hold them accountable.

I have been working at Broadspire full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It's ok for experience.

    Cons

There is no room for growth unless you are related to or dating someone's family member in management. People were told no weekends then to find out you have to work at least one day on the weekend. Some people get to do overtime while others cant. There is a lot of conflict of interest. Also, management are known to harass people of color by making false allegations to have them on written warnings just to let them go. This company has no ethical values. Human Resources do nothing when supervisors are reported.

    Advice to Management

Everyone in management does not know anything about claims. The employees constantly have to complain about training. Management have nothing to do but walk around and harass certain individuals, mainly women of color.

    Pros

    Benefits are OK. Flexible schedule

    Cons

    Poor management in this place

    Advice to Management

If you are going to promote someone from a managerial position to a VP, hire someone who looks out for their employees. Not out to get them like what was done in the Sunrise location by the SVP.

    Pros

    Has a lot of potential!

    Cons

Upper Management promotes based on friendships not knowledge. Training is useless! They kept a VP on board who is a racist. Just demoted the person as a punishment, what a disgrace.

    Advice to Management

Wake up! You have upper management that is set in their ways and only wants to promote their friends.

    Pros

They are flexible when it comes to the scheduling and the pay can be negotiated a bit. Open door policy.

    Cons

There is no communication bt the mgrs and the csr's. Drama between the supervisors is distracting, annoying and unprofessional. Training is mediocre.

    Advice to Management

Quit the drama! Update your systems too. They're super slow and stop saying that they are fixed!

I worked at Broadspire full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None was a waste of time could have stayed working for the company I was previously employed for. Colleagues were as helpful as they could be being that they are not properly trained or educated on how to do their jobs.

    Cons

Outdated systems, unknowledgeable management, discrimination against protected classes and lower end pay. Lots of older tenure staff unaware of technology updates and unaware of how to do simple things. There is no training program it’s figure it out on your own

    Advice to Management

Be more involved with new hires and have guidelines in place with management to make sure management is not breaking the law.
