    Pros

    Career growth, flexible work schedule, the people, management, longevity, the benefits and the work life balance.

    I began my employment just about 3 years ago, since joining the organization, they have assisted me obtaining all of the needed credentials, licensing and certifications for my position. I have had the opportunity to be a part of various committee's with upper management that have effected positive operational change at the local branch level and company level. I have and still continue to mentor and train new staff. I've and continue to act as a liaison at my local branch during the roll out an implementation of new programs and resources.

    The people are amazing, in our local office there is a strong bond across the various departments and teams. We have a culture of giving back to our community both through company sponsored volunteer opportunities and local to our community. I've even made a few good friends and we are now playing golf together a few times a month.

    Most recently I've been promoted into a team manager role. My my hope is that this is just the beginning of long rewarding career with Broadspire.

    If you are looking for a career opportunity and not just a job opportunity the people and the management of Broadspire are there to support you.

    Cons

    None, my experience with Broadspire has been tremendous. When I accepted the job offer I never expected the amount of opportunities that I would be offered for my own development and my career development. I was hopeful, and my expectations were exceeded.

    Advice to Management

    Keep things moving in this direction and maintain the high level of employee involvement and feedback.

    -My co workers are supportive
    -Flexibility allows for work life balance
    -Environment is exciting to be a part of

    Cons

    Training is a challenge, but resources are available. It is incumbent upon the employee to seek out what is needed. Basic processes are explained.

    Advice to Management

    Visibility of upper management is a great perk of being in Atlanta. Do other offices get the same benefit?

    Advice to Management

    If you are going to promote someone from a managerial position to a VP, hire someone who looks out for their employees. Not out to get them like what was done in the Sunrise location by the SVP.

    Decent time off (3 weeks once you reach 5 years of service), decent work/life balance

    Cons

    Favoritism, poor management, does not rehire after team member leaves resulting in an overflow, not a lot of upward mobility, a lot of office politics

    Has a lot of potential!

    Cons

    Upper Management promotes based on friendships not knowledge. Training is useless! They kept a VP on board who is a racist. Just demoted the person as a punishment, what a disgrace.

    Advice to Management

    Wake up! You have upper management that is set in their ways and only wants to promote their friends.

    Pros

    They are flexible when it comes to the scheduling and the pay can be negotiated a bit. Open door policy.

    Cons

    There is no communication bt the mgrs and the csr's. Drama between the supervisors is distracting, annoying and unprofessional. Training is mediocre.

    Advice to Management

    Quit the drama! Update your systems too. They're super slow and stop saying that they are fixed!

    Pros

    None was a waste of time could have stayed working for the company I was previously employed for. Colleagues were as helpful as they could be being that they are not properly trained or educated on how to do their jobs.

    Cons

    Outdated systems, unknowledgeable management, discrimination against protected classes and lower end pay. Lots of older tenure staff unaware of technology updates and unaware of how to do simple things. There is no training program it’s figure it out on your own

    Advice to Management

    Be more involved with new hires and have guidelines in place with management to make sure management is not breaking the law.

    Advice to Management

    this is not a bad company but as anyone who has ever done workers comp know it is all about the billing. the push to do more bill on days off vacation. it gets exhausting .
