-Flexibility allows for work life balance
-Environment is exciting to be a part of

    Cons

Training is a challenge, but resources are available. It is incumbent upon the employee to seek out what is needed. Basic processes are explained.

    Advice to Management

Visibility of upper management is a great perk of being in Atlanta. Do other offices get the same benefit?

I have been working at Broadspire full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    simple job, calls aren't hard,

    Cons

supervisors don't know much , after initial training when learning more they don't train well, unprofessional, its about favoritism, all gossip and drama, supervisors make job stressful.. opportunities are learning how to take more calls without being paid more.. some people only do one line of business while some do all lines and will receive same pay, they don't care about employees only want calls answered

    Advice to Management

fire and replace like 70% of employees

    Pros

Option to work from home if needed

    Cons

    Poor Leadership,
    Leadership with minimal experiences
Unrealistic claim managemen/Performance guarantees (Review of task completient deadlines) every task is due in 2 days.
Claims managers have to complete entire claim from intake to finish for Short Term disability/
Poor Training, lack of communication within the claims team.
Unrealistic claim loads, with no claim leveling within the team. No follow up with communications or process gaps.
Assigned new claims/work , while on vacation regardless of the vacation duration. e/i 1-2wks, then expected to be day current on the day you return from vacation ( minimal accountability for desk coverage)

    Advice to Management

Hiring leadership with experience of the product, process, and knowledge of team's work loads, additional communication with follow up

I worked at Broadspire full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    no pros to speak of

    Cons

Discrimination and harassment by management and those favored by managers towards employees.Employees have been reporting harassment to HR for years, but HR does not investigate or take any action when employees report harassment and discrimination and the managers and supervisors just laugh about it. The average employee has no chance to be promoted, they promote family members and those who date their family and it doesn't matter that they don't know anything. The managers and supervisors are not educated and do not have people skills. The dress code applies to employees only, the supervisors come to work half naked. Upper management is not interested in what is going on at this location, neither is HR. There is no training, the supervisors don't know anything. Don't come anywhere near teleplus, they will treat you like a dirt and all you will leave as soon as you can with a mental breakdown. I do not approve of the ceo...she allows these people to do what they want and does not hold them accountable.

I have been working at Broadspire full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It's ok for experience.

    Cons

There is no room for growth unless you are related to or dating someone's family member in management. People were told no weekends then to find out you have to work at least one day on the weekend. Some people get to do overtime while others cant. There is a lot of conflict of interest. Also, management are known to harass people of color by making false allegations to have them on written warnings just to let them go. This company has no ethical values. Human Resources do nothing when supervisors are reported.

    Advice to Management

Everyone in management does not know anything about claims. The employees constantly have to complain about training. Management have nothing to do but walk around and harass certain individuals, mainly women of color.

    Benefits are OK. Flexible schedule

    Cons

    Poor management in this place

    Advice to Management

If you are going to promote someone from a managerial position to a VP, hire someone who looks out for their employees. Not out to get them like what was done in the Sunrise location by the SVP.
