    Pros

Open door policy with all of management, and people will help out where needed.

    Cons

Hard to advance. With department consolidations, and layoffs, internal promotions are pretty much non-existent.

    Advice to Management

Provide training to those in non-management who are driven to succeed within the company.

I have been working at Brock Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There really is no good reason to work at Brock. They don't give you the respect that you deserve. And you do not only your specific job but also other trades, that you don't get paid for.

    Cons

No pay raises, you do other job trades such as scaffolding, painting etc... There is no ability to move up in this company. Been here 7 years and only 3 pay raises in that time.

    Advice to Management

They need to be more respectful to employees and their needs. Plus with the economy like it is, their still paying 2000 pay .

I have been working at Brock Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Better pay than the surrounding area. Not a bad schedule. Lots of over time if you want to live here and don't have a life outside of work.

    Cons

Advancement is done by the buddy basis. Become friends with upper management. Go to church with them. Your in for rapid advancement here. Passing up more qualified and employees with more time in. You can do no wrong, they will look the other way.... Nepotism is alive and well at Brock in Eastman. Chemical.Kingsport ,Tn.

    Advice to Management

Time to change upper management. They are the true problem here.
