    I have been working at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Quickly try to find ways to fix anything that may have been done wrong. Meetings are productive and actually focus on what we are meeting about, instead of going off tangent.

    Cons

    Some departments continue to work with wrong or old information, leading to a backlog that slows down work. In some cases this might be due to not enough time training or simple mistakes that could be improved upon

    Advice to Management

    Move towards a more electronic system, create workshops for new hires so they will be able to do the work correctly. Use programs such as Slack so that every department is more connected and it might slow the back and forth between them when something needs to be changed or when they need to meet.

    Management is very flexible and understanding of employees school schedule. The help employees grow within the company.

    Extremely busy environment but not an issue if you like your job.
