    Great experience, only positive things to say about BPS!

    Cons

    There's a good amount of internal office drama.

    -opportunity to transform young minds
    -opportunity to help underprivileged kids
    -occasional free meal rewards

    Cons

    -poor administration
    -very cliquey
    -poorly structure
    -union is absent/useless

    Advice to Management

    Complete restructuring of reward system, academic opportunities, and school management

    Pros

    Some of the most dedicated staff and administrators I've ever seen work in Brockton

    Cons

    Leadership at the very top needs to reevaluate its mission to make "Brockton Kids Count" due to annual pink slips for certified teachers

    Advice to Management

    Invest in teachers, smaller classes, the arts and students

    Pros

    Variety of work and opportunity to grow. Able to meet different type of people and be able to help them.

    Cons

    I can't help it not to help people that is in need specially those who think no one will listen to them because of their race or color.

    Advice to Management

    Be a good listener, slow to take offense.

    I worked there as an intern at the main headquarters, Employess are very nice
