I worked at Broken Sound Country Club part-time

    Pros

The atmosphere in the golf dept. can be pretty laid back for the most part, and the labor isn't too strenuous or unmanageable. There is some nice scenery on the golf course as well. It is also fairly easy to snag a golf cart and "escape" for a minute.

    Cons

The higher-ups in the golf dept. only think about the profit over people, at the expense of the lower employees. When members are vulgar, they are allowed to be because they have the money bags. Not to mention a very high school minded group of individuals where gossip is rampant, and temper tantrums are superfluous.

    Advice to Management

They know what they could be doing better.

    Pros

Great benefits program, somewhat flexible hours very understandeble management. Ability to meet people from different countrys that are coming to work here on student programs.

    Cons

average age of club members 65y, very demanding spoiled people. Not too many changes.

    Advice to Management

Look closer to every employee. You might have what you need already. Give more opportunities for growth.
