Pros
It's a fun atmosphere where you can have a good time with your co-workers and players. As a casino, our table games department does well compared to other casinos in Cripple Creek, so it's a stable company to work for.
Cons
There's not a lot of room for growth. Many people have worked there since the casino opened nearly 19 years ago, so there aren't a lot of positions opening up.
