I worked at Bronco Wine Co. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The company is always hiring. Somewhere to gets experience in whatever field you may be getting into.

    Cons

Company will promise a lot and never delivers. Poor raises. Not willing to invest into they're own departments.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees who show desire to advance, instead of always getting unproven outside hires. Invest back into your departments. Stop buying the cost efficient options

I worked at Bronco Wine Co. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with can be great. The benefits package is okay, but the company has chipped away at them every year.

    Cons

Poor management / ownership that cares very little for the workforce. The facility is constantly understaffed with a high turnover rate, resulting in everyone lower in the company being overworked and underpaid. Ownership / Management's opinion seems to be "just replace them."

    Advice to Management

Actually value your employees. Handing out an 8 cent raise is just a slap in the face. It's also disheartening when managers are consistently taking 2 hour lunches, while some supervisor go 10 hours with only 10 minutes to swallow their lunch.

I have been working at Bronco Wine Co. full-time

    Pros

Free wine. cheap wine mostly but free...

    Cons

The management style is bullying. Trickles down form the BIG owner of the company. Sexist culture. Very little diversity or women. No women in management and they probably never even notice. No real encouragement. Negative environment.

    Advice to Management

People work harder when they are happy and motivated not beaten down.
