I have been working at Bronson Methodist Hospital

    Pros

Decent pay, steady hours, central location

    Cons

Very limited availability to utilize paid time of. Between Thanksgiving and New Years Day are completely blacked out. They are quick to throw their employees under the bus and employee surveys result in absolutely no action against problem management. I worked at Bronson Methodist Hospital full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Some nice people, staff work hard

    Cons

No negotiation on pay, like to say "we are like family" until you need to change something. Fire you if you stand up for what is right and fair. No room for promotion as they have system directors. Work long hours for no thanks.

    Advice to Management

Be more supportive of emerging leaders.
