    The Benefits are nice and generous vacation.

    Cons

    extremely political and organizational culture has gone by the wayside over the past 3 years. Middle management believes they can manage from their desks. Talent & intelligence is frowned upon.

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to your employee turnover, the lack of engagement and how you’re being represented. NOT to big to fail!

    Decent salaries and bonus structure Leasing teams usually come in at 9 and leave at 5 Hard to get fired

    Cons

    Boys club mentality Difficult for women to thrive No training for managers leading to terrible management styles Poor corporate culture - very old school, not flexible or progressive No real strategy for overall business Lots of employees going through the motions vs motivated young talent Difficult time retaining young talent

    Change corporate culture to match progressive companies like Google, Facebook Make managers take training Don’t promote people into manager positions unless they want to manage
