    Negative Outlook

I worked at Brookfield RPS (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice office. Really great computers and office equipment. Good convenient location.

    Cons

Management was really awful. Couldn't stand my experience there. Every day was a constant struggle to service all screaming clients. Understaffed and inexperienced staff.

    Advice to Management

Need more structure and better hiring process. Don't be as chaotic or disorganized in lay offs or hiring. Be more clear with employees on what your goals are.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

    - I had the privilege to meet and work with great, smart and fun professionals. The hard work and fast pace make people stick together, and help each other.

    Cons

    - Very low morale and lack of trust in upper management.
    - Poor communication from the top
    - The golden rule of 'do what you say, and say what you do' rarely applies

    Advice to Management

    - Create a more transparent environment where employees are encouraged to express their opinions, and show more trust to your workforce. Get rid of those known to generate toxicity in their own groups.
