I have been working at Brookline College full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I love our students and want to see them succeed! Helping them is my dream, everyday.

    Cons

Campus senior management is vindictive, blurts sexist and racial innuendos and makes team member under him feel very uncomfortable.

    Advice to Management

Why is HR and upper management allowing this to happen? I plan to open a case with the BBB if things do not change and our campus director does not change, or removed from this school.

For those of us who have been here for years, it is unfair to have to work for this type of person and change our value system of what Brookline represents. I do not think HR knows how bad things are here.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Brookline College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The faculty and staff have a great relationship. The students know they can depend on us for help.

    Cons

The new guy in change is not helping us. He wants to do things how he did them (back in 1998) and what he wants (from his last college). Problem is, he has created a toxic work place, and it sucked going to work towards the end. He was a different kind of special.

    Advice to Management

Admit your mistake, make changes, interview the faculty and staff and allow for a free flow of information to make the best decision.
