    Pros

Amazing opportunities for bonuses and raises every 6 months!! Company also makes monthly incentive for each facility which gives you the opportunity for an extra $100.00 in you check for the month. (You will work extra hard for that money)

    Cons

The company sets extremely high goals for each clinic, and is under staffed. Each employee is over worked, and under paid. Most employees go home with a head ache, and feeling exhausted! You may have one title, but be expected to do numerous jobs, with limited pay. Management staff are always looking to appraise employees even outside of appraisal time. Tips- Don't work as a therapy aide at this place!

    Advice to Management

Treat all employees equally, no matter the job title.

I worked at Brooks Rehabilitation (More than a year)

    Pros

structured environment, Nurse Educators are great.

    Cons

Low salary, Poor upper & middle mngt., allow hostile work environment (office) & staff to be bullied by supervisors; clinical supervisor(s) lack of knowledge of medicare rules/regulations and allowing services that are specifically listed as not allowed in reimbursement guidelines. Work/Life balance is ZERO...they act like they own you.

    Advice to Management

Hold your middle mngt/clinical managers accountable for their negative actions and rid your dept of management bullying. Clean out middle mngt/clinical supervisors & upper mngt/DON if you want to be more respected in the community. LISTEN to your staff, the ones who perform ALL the work, when you are given the same negative reports on issues going on within the co and treatment towards staff. This would be 1 good way to retain your staff rather than having such a BIG turnover.

    Pros

Great co-workers, fantastic learning department, wonderful business lines, superb support throughout the divisions

    Cons

    Advice to Management

    Improve diversity efforts
