Family oriented business. Simple job tasks. Time goes by very quickly being a fast paced sales environment. Very routine job duties & opportunity to move up.

Company tends to be very greedy with raises. You may get an yearly evaluation depending on your position but rarely get a fair raise or fair starting pay.

Everyone is always screaming to cut labor cut labor cut labor but always wanting everyone to do more and more with less and less pay. Managers do not appreciate the people that work hard every day.

The pay doesn't really bump up any and wanting a raise can be more of a chore than it should be When something breaks or needs to be repaired it takes way too long for the store to do something about it
