I have been working at Broward County Schools full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is a great advantage to working with the Broward School District. There are a lot of opportunities for growth with the different fields that are available

    Cons

Not enough job training, especially with the instructional staff, particularly for the for the new teachers. New teachers need a lot of support so they don't have to feel all alone.
