    Principals and support staff don't care about their teachers or students. Low funding and low pay High retaliation

    Hire non-racist management. Make sure they have qualifications to be in the roles they are hired for.

    flexible schedule, flexible location schools

    Cons

    low pay overworked 7 hour day with hourly pay. No travel time is awarded for last minute partial day. You can be asked to come in for 1-2 hours and are paid even partial hours.

    there should be minimum 1/2 day pay for all jobs
