    Pros

    Technology driven. Students are encouraged to incorporate real life experiences into their courses. The nursing instructors are knowledgeable, competent, and caring.

    Cons

    The college is a for-profit organization. The nursing courses are not long enough for students to grasp the information. Adjunct employees are not compensated for classes or meetings outside of work hours.

    Advice to Management

    Increase the length of the courses for the nursing program.

    Good compensation and benefits. Technology is better than where I am now.

    Constant layoffs, for-profit and greedy and ruthless company that caress onky about profit and cares very little about students.

    You have already sold your soul to the devil of greed. White collar crime is still a crime, shameful.
