Good benefits but they were expenses. Pay more on deductible than other company.

    Cons

Too many changes in management and when management change you might loose your job.

    Pros

They offer good benefits. The service team is great to work with.

    Cons

Overwhelming workload. Unrealistic expectations. Corporate office talks about work life balance but it is not followed in the local office. Low salaries. High turnover. Upper Management needs training.

    Pros

The Benefits Package is the only thing good about the company.

    Cons

Management does not explain what is expected of you personally. They also encourage the employees to inform on each other even if it is a small infraction.

Standard Company Good Benefits and Company Options

    Pros

Good benefits, depending on your position you can have up to 5 weeks off per year, pay is on par with industry standard

    Cons

If you're on site with a client, you get minimal interaction with home office or with other members of the organization which may feel isolating and also can make you feel like you work for your client more than the organization.

Good benefits--not worth the treatment of employees

    Pros

2 stars only because of the benefits. Decent amount of PTO to all employees. Paid closures (snow, power outages, etc). Office is NOT downtown. Free parking. Decent health insurance, although it went up a lot. Good 401k. GREAT ESPP program. Because of my role in Accounting, I also had a flex-schedule, which was the only reason I stayed as long as I did (2 years).

    Cons

Management. All management from top down. Employees are treated like they're worthless. Degraded verbally. Blatent sexism, both in regard to treatment and pay wages. There was inappropriate behavior from one of the managers to female employees, and that's only the one I know about. There's been rumors of others. When problems were aired to management or HR, they were disregarded. Main point? Managers do not care at all about their employees. Pay is way under the competitors. My role was 36% under the local average. When politely brought up in review, I was told that if I didn't like it, go work somewhere else. High turnover in all departments. (Says a lot given the good company benefits.) No growth opportunities. Heard this from many departments, not just my own. If you have any integrity, self-worth, or career ambition, don't walk away from this company. Run.

    Go nowhere fast

Jun 8, 2022 - Key Account Manager in Los Angeles, CA

    Pros

    The benefits package was good.

    Cons

Technology was very behind the times (circa 1990s). Was advised to use my personal laptop for work when WFH(can you say HIPAA violation?!) The internal tech team is overworked and short-staffed, so implementations take longer than expected. Client book is small and no new business came in for a year. Many clients left due to mismanagement and unhappiness. Always in a reactive state with clients as opposed to proactive - lots of fires to put out. No unified procedures or templates; if you did find a template somewhere, there are no instructions or contacts to go to with questions, or it was outdated. Too many clients to effectively manage, and the clients you will get will have been poorly/mismanaged by prior account executives or account managers. Toxic co-workers - not a collaborative work environment; no mentoring or training by Account Executives or more senior account managers who have a "you figure it out because I had to" mentality. You're either micromanaged by producers/account executives, or they leave you out of everything but expect you to know everything they've discussed without you. Good ole boys club. No room for growth since your clients will be leaving. Don't be fooled by the "unlimited PTO" - you'll be too busy to use it, or it will be cancelled due to internal meetings. You'll come back from PTO to a full email in box because the back-ups you've listed on your out-of-office have done nothing for you or your clients.

    Decentralization is key

    Pros

Each office is its own. Love our managers and coworkers and an environment where you can be yourself. Benefits good as a whole of what is offered. Love my office people which should be considered a benefit.

    Cons

Not certain if salaries commencerate with work load, experience or desire to grow. Growth limited. Should revert back to health benefits options per office/state because corporate plan is too expensive. (Can you say kick backs?) And sales people reap all the benefits of admin staff doing the work. Aka salary.
