    Pros

Flexible work schedule and great Holiday Party's.

    Cons

Real Estate is a very tough business. Agents are favored over employees who work hard to make sure day to day operations run smoothly. Agents kick and scream and you basically have to cater to them.
HR is always a mess, no one knows what they are doing. God forbid you have a question and get the right answer.

    Advice to Management

Better Benefits and be kinder to employees. Notice the stars and treat them well. You are losing a lot of smart people due to lack of company perks.
