Hours are great and all the breaks (holidays, winter break, spring break and summer for teachers).

    Cons

For a teacher, numbers go up and down. For staff, you do more than just your job

    Pros

You get to spend a lot of time at your office doing nothing, and also the management is not overstressing.

    Cons

It gets a little boring, sometimes you have nothing to do but talk around the coffee machine with your colleagues

    Advice to Management

Take people for true assets and not like some kind of cattle. We all want to have something to do.
