To help achieve this balance we strategically set our targeted weekly hours to be lower than peer firms and we have the quarterly bonus to protect, honor, and reward our employees for going beyond what’s required. We are passionate about pay equity for our staff, to ensure this, we monitor and compare our salaries to the market on a biannual basis. Our focus today is to prepare our staff to be great finance executives in the Biotech and Life Science industry by exposing them to all aspects of a growing start-up.
