    I worked at Bruce Power

    Pros

    - Good Training - Mentoring available, on request - They don't expect co-ops to do a lot of work because they want them to learn more rather than perform more

    Cons

    - too many procedures slows down the work - too many redundant activities and work gets off the plan easily, if not properly scheduled

    Advice to Management

    - get students involved more in the daily mix ( i was lucky to get involved because i showed initiative) - provide more training to students
