I have been working at Bruce Power full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great compensation and the people are really welcoming. Lots of different departments to move around to so you can easily spend your whole career here.

    Cons

Big company and lots of procedures to follow which can make it difficult to get work done.

    I worked at Bruce Power

    Pros

Great pay, beautiful environment (except the snow squalls in the winter). People there are generally much more mannered than Torontonians and are willing to give you a helping hand. Low level of stress and workload. They take care of Co-ops through tours and lunch&learns.

    Cons

Slow. Safety accounts for a large part of the company so there are many procedures and processes to be followed, requiring baby steps before arriving at the final decision/project. Not likely to be busy.
