    Pros

Bruner/Cott offers young professionals a number of opportunities to grow and develop. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and professional, and the staff are genuinely interested in soliciting input from all levels of the workforce. All in all, BCA is a great place to work.

    Cons

Despite being top heavy--making it potentially more difficult for middle managers to advance to the upper ranks--I have nothing bad to say about Bruner/Cott.

    Advice to Management

It is clear that you are concerned about the well-being of your employees. Well done.

    Neutral Outlook

    I worked at Bruner/Cott & Associates full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nice people, good hours, good benefits. It was a very comfortable work environment.

    Cons

It's easy to get pigeon-holed into a task or a role within projects. It is difficult to advocate for different work for yourself because there's so many different people in leadership positions.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest regular meetings with young design staff to make sure you're investing in their training properly.
