    Great flexibility and working environment , got to travel to lots of other pubs to help out on the bar too

    Most of the team are friendly
    Once you know what you're doing you can get into a good routine
    Decent hourly pay
    Flexible hours

    Cons

    One person bullied me throughout my time working there and in the end it forced me to quit
    Lack of trust between management and staff
    Management don't listen to you

    Listen to your staff and what they have to say because in the end the staff are what make your company.
