    Pros

    I highly recommend Brunswick. It's a big company but has a small company vibe. People are approachable and encouraging. You feel the passion with everyone. From technology to recruiting new talent, there are a lot of exciting and good changes going on with the company. Plus, you can't beat the benefits. Amazing 401K, health benefits and flexible work schedules!

    Cons

    Current office building does not allow people to interact very well. Looking forward to moving into our new space.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you are doing. Great things are happening at the company and we are all looking forward to seeing what happens next.

    Pros: I have been with Brunswick for 3+ years and have seen the company grow tremendously in acquisitions making the company profitable. The company leaders have the best interest for the direction of Brunswick. The company stock is steady in the marketplace.

    Cons

    The culture is ever changing but we all must adapt to change

    Communication is always the key to keeping your employees from jumping ship.

    Exciting culture that encourages new ideas and new ways of thinking; Numerous career opportunities across the enterprise; The people and relaxed environment; The exciting products!

    Some days there just aren't enough hours in the day, but with the growth we are experiencing I would expect this feeling from time to time.

    The increased communication across the organization is helpful. Understanding the growth strategy has strengthened the sense of teamwork as we all know how our individual roles affect the overall big picture. Keep it up!

    Brunswick has provided an amazing work environment, with it's stability and welcoming presence. Everyone is friendly and works within and with other teams to achieve the goals of the company. If you want to grow your career this is the place to do it. The benefits are definitely a plus, the work environment is a positive. You will continue to grow your skills and career within Brunswick, especially with their tuition assistance.

    Working at Brunswick Corporation is a breath of fresh air. The people working here are truly passionate about our 50+ brands and products. Our products are made to bring joy to peoples lives. Brunswick has generous vacation time and the list of perks are endless. Who doesn't love "Summer Fridays?" to enjoy time with Brunswick products and family. Or a great 401K match, stock option, tuition reimbursement and not to mention the health insurance is truly wonderful. At Brunswick, you are working for a company that truly cares about your career development and passions. The atmosphere is surrounded by numerous people who have been with the company for 10+ years and worked different career paths at the various divisions. Brunswick cares about their employees and is one of the best companies you can work for!

    Depending on your department their will be some growing pains.
