I worked at Brutoco Engineering & Construction full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Working independently, working for a dynamic company with very professional Project Manager's and Superintendents.

    Cons

The job was an two year contract to final completion. To continue with this company I would have had to commute over 45-60 miles one way.

    Advice to Management

Start each day as it was your first day, give each day your best! Keep a professional attitude even under extreme pressure! Never let them see you stressed.
