    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Family oriented workspace. Everybody knows each other

    Cons

Pay is relatively low compare to other firm because of size. Not much room for promotion around the dc office. Lack of diversity among the attorneys. Administration lacks understanding of diversity and inclusion among minorities.

I worked at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Monetary support and benefits to maintain a life style outside the work place

    Cons

There is more wrong than right with this office. Office management wears blinders and only protects its little circle. Management is offensive. Local HR support is virtually non existent. Office administrator sometimes actually works in the office. Support departments are fair. The office atmosphere is negative. Lots of animosity. I enjoyed some personnel but most were full of themselves. This office is not as pleasant as it may seem at first glance. This office is just a job. Don't waste too much of your time here unless you have no other choice. The Secretarial teams are self supporting but offer very little cross support. The attorneys go outside their support teams on a regular basis. The administrative support service manager is weak and is clueless and is not in touch. Too busy socializing and being boisterous. The merger has taken a toll in the firm. You'll be seeing more departures and more cuts. But office management will stay out. When there is no one left to manage they can play with each other without interruption. Keep walking.
