    Pros

Great people to work with. A group of people wanting to live up to the motto Christ Above All

    Cons

Pay isn't the best, but the benefits far outweigh if you aren't as worried about the money.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing everything how you are doing.

    Pros

I worked with great colleagues that were competent, helpful and caring.

    Cons

The Administration received a 30 to 1 vote of non-confidence from the faculty of the college.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a massive change in leadership. The college is a great institution of higher learning and should carry on its calling.

    Pros

Wonderful academic atmosphere; beautiful clean, manicured campus; friendly and welcoming colleagues. Many opportunities to interact with students outside the classroom. Positive campus environment.

    Cons

Compensation is fair but low. Adjuncts are valued, but are not given as many perks as they ought to be given. Meal vouchers, for example would be a great way to counterbalance the low compensation.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Bryan College full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Faculty, staff and students are wonderful. It was a pleasure to work there. Not much opportunity to be promoted, but neat people to work with.

    Cons

Current administration has created the most toxic environment in the school's history. Benefits are average and salaries are well below normal, except for the Vice President level and up.

    Advice to Management

Treating people with respect and compassion is what separates the true believers from the non-believers.

    Pros

Very positive environment. Most employees seek to help each other succeed. There is a level of support that allows you to be who you are. Sense of working for a BIGGER picture. Decent benefit packages.

    Cons

Salaries are below norms. Sometimes the person getting the job is the one needing it most instead of most qualified. History of husband/wife hires.

    Advice to Management

Build teams that are properly experienced and personality matched. Pay for skill sets instead of needing multiple people to cover a position.
